If I could give negative stars I WOULD. Doesn’t even deserve the one star. I had a set move in date and everything went smoothly. Staff was great. Two days before my move in date, I get a call that my date was pushed back due to emergencies. I immediately started to second guess this property. But I was told to come in and we could go over everything so I did. My daughter and her best friend moved into these apartments. They were excited to have their first place together and they worked their butts off to afford their own place. Immediately they saw bug traps, they asked if the apartment had roaches? They were told no, that it was just a precaution the apartments take. That was a lie, they saw roaches the first night and it has only gotten worse. Its not 1 or 2 it is hundreds of roaches, fleas ( they dont have any pets), and spiders. They have found black mold under the bathroom ... read more
Parking lot is terrible. Daughters AC was out for days and the office wouldn't return calls
Recently just moved in, can’t say the process could have been easier. Very straight forward application process, phenomenal office staff, maintenance is also great and easily some of the cleanest apartments in Norman. Recommend this place to anyone!
