Love forest point apartments they are so family oriented and on top of everything maintenance wise. The manager Amanda always makes you feel so welcome and is constantly checking in on us .
This complex is a beautiful foresty place to live, but there have been maintenance issues my significant other and I have had that lasted weeks to months. The office is quite understanding of most matters and they offer cool/fun ways to reduce your rent, as well as working with you if you need more time to pay rent.
The property manager here was super helpful and welcoming! great service!
Amanda was super nice and helped us feel super comfortable while moving!
Been here for 2 years. Love this place! Plan on being here a while. Update: I've been here for almost 3 years, and we still love this place. Love being surrounded by a wooded forest, and we love the pool.
