I have had many issues with this complex since moving in near the end of July. Upon originally gathering information for this complex I had spoken to Jenna and had great conversation with her. When messaging with her I had expressed my needs and she promised to get me into a completely updated unit. Love forest point apartments they are so family oriented and on top of everything maintenance wise. The manager Amanda always makes you feel so welcome and is constantly checking in on us .
This complex is a beautiful foresty place to live, but there have been maintenance issues my significant other and I have had that lasted weeks to months. The office is quite understanding of most matters and they offer cool/fun ways to reduce your rent, as well as working with you if you need more time to pay rent.
The property manager here was super helpful and welcoming! great service!
