My experience here has been fantastic, and a big reason for that is how wonderful one of the staff members is. She's always so thoughtful and goes above and beyond. It really makes a difference to have someone so dedicated. I'm genuinely impressed with her commitment. It's great knowing there are people like her working here.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. When we moved into our apartment, it was heavily infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere—including inside my daughter's crib, which was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable. We only stayed in the apartment for two nights before we had to pay for a hotel because the infestation was so severe. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there.
