RecommendedSomeone special named "J" who arranged for the completion of the repair and replace in my unit before I moved in and the PAINTER (I apologize that I have forgotten his name) did a wonderful job and the finishing painting in my unit. Will be looking forward to my move in on this coming Monday. And of course my thanks to Lisa Gray the leasing agent for this complex.
Great apartment, central location in midtown and great community!
I have lived many places throughout the country and in many settings, but I think this has been my favorite. The apartments are huge, the community is awesome, and the staff is top notch. They are quick to help and so professional while also being sweet to my kids and personable. They know how to put on great events and I cannot say enough good about this place my family and I get to call home.
These are some of nicest people from all over the world...and from the management to the people that live there....I miss it and will soon return

I love Forest Place!! The apartments are HUGE and the management is amazing!
l love living at Forest Place Apartments. The staff is friendly and the maintenance department makes sure to attend to my needs in a timely manner. If you have a pet this is the right place. My dog enjoys the new dog park. The atmosphere here is like a community. I give Forest Place an excellent rating and hope others will join me in this lovely place I call home. 😎
I have only been here for two weeks, exceptional staff and great neighborhood.
