I recently had an appointment at Forest Drive Dental Care and left feeling really thankful that I found this office. My hygenist took several extra minutes to explain a concern I had. When Dr. Knowlton came in, she was super friendly and professional. Dr. Dover also stopped by to check on how my daughter's tooth was doing. My favorite thing about this place is all the things they have to make you more comfortable. A message chair, a TV on the ceiling with Hulu, music, all things you can have or not have depending on your choosing. It smells good, it’s very clean, the decor is inviting, they don’t keep it too cold, and staff is very friendly. The only thing that would make it better is some neck support on the chairs, but I’m just nitpicking.
Everyone at Childrens Denistry was fabulous, especially Ms. Krystal. Her patience with my grandaughter fears was outstanding. Highly recommend this place for children :)
A always, Dr. Dover and the staff treat me so kindly and friendly. I am never rushed if I have questions, and always get the very best dental care. They always make sure that I am comfortable and as relaxed as possible. I wish that I had Dr. Dover when I was younger, I would have had way less problems and anxiety. For those of us interested in integrative health care, Forest Drive Dental Care is the best dentist office in Columbia. Dr. Dover keeps informed about all of the latest research about maintaining good oral health especially as it relates to non-abrasive toothpaste and other practical, daily concerns. I enjoy every staff member & receive excellent service. On one occasion i encountered a traffic jam, due to a wreck involving a fatality. The staff patiently waited on me & stayed until closing time to service me. Forest Dental stands behind their work & is flexible for me, when called for, with installment plans.
The doctors and staff have me in and out of there in no time, and they take the time to do a thorough and beyond job!
From start to finish, the staff at Forest Drive Dental Care provided me with excellent dentistry!
