YES, but we do have a small complaint........ Where was the General Manager ?, Just because he's growing older and broading his interests , we still think his oversight is needed on some occasions I hope that you all will attend to this matter .
Dr. Dover and her team were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Both the hygienists and the dentist clearly knew their profession and enjoyed what they do. Gloria, the receptionist, is lovely and all made you feel as though you had known them for many years.
Office staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dental hygienist very friendly and thorough. Dr. Dover is very down-to-earth.
First rate dental work!
I believe in Forest Drive Dental Care because I believe in Dr. Dover. She's very intelligent, very skillfull and will always make the right decision. Plus, my hygienist was a lot of fun--a funny girl with a seriously humorous attitude. But she cleaned my teeth perfectly(they feel so good!), and took the time to instruct me on cleaning and proper flossing techniques, something no one has done... (She also spotted somethings that previous dentists had missed, and a mistake made by a previous dentist--the seating of a crown...
Great environment and friendly staff
I have always hated to go to the dentist. As a child of 3 years old I stuck a nail through my foot and had to have a shot. I still remember how bad the nurse hit my bone with the needle. I have always hated having any type of shots to this day.. Joanna had to repair and drill out and old metal filling. She did an excellent work on my tooth. I never felt the needle being put in my mouth. Thanks Joanna. You are the BEST!
Dr. Dover and her staff are incredible! For as uncomfortable as I am with dental work, they make me feel so comfortable and cared for. I would be more than happy to recommend Dr. Dover to anyone, and I actually have. Thank you all for being such incredibly caring and wonderful professionals and people.
I love Dr. Dover and her staff!! Dr. Dover takes her time to provide high quality dental care and get to know you and understand you. The treatment I received under her care has been very high quality and I can tell that she really cares about getting the job done right. I will be going back to her office for a few more things because I trust her and I feel that the patient care she provides is very personalized and high quality. I cannot say enough nice things about her skills and health practices! Thank you Dr. Dover!!!
