This was both of my kids first experience at the dentist, and my oldest was super nervous coming into this. The staff was AMAZING and they did such a great job keeping both kids comfortable. The boys loved all the awesome toys and video games too. Already looking forward to our next appointment!
Not only did my son have an amazing experience, so did my husband! They both loved the waiting time so they could play!! The staff is very professional and super with my 7 year old. He is having a bad time right now with a tooth and he didn't want to go due to his terrible experience at My Kids Dentist (across the street). By the time we left he had a cleaning, exam, and even got to make his own toothpaste! His experience was super positive and we look forward to a continued relationship with Kim and her staff! I absolutely love this office! My son is of course worried when he goes in even if it's only a cleaning which is all it has been until recently. Everyone at this office always makes him feel welcomed! The assistants always make him feel comfortable and this last visit he had to get fillings (from a previous ER visit) he was absolutely terrified but everyone handled it so nicely! He did so well! I cannot express my gratitude enough! I just love the entire office!!
My son has always done fine at the dentist, but after our first visit here, he was so excited and happy! He remembered all of the things that Ms. Marla and Dr. Feuquay told him to do. He told daddy all about it! As a a mom, I love how things were explained to me! Definitely will recommend this dentist office to my friends with children!
This place was amazing!! My oldest daughter (4 y.o) loved this place!!! They go to extraordinary lengths to make sure your child isn't scared and understands what they are doing. They give advice to parents in a way that makes the child want to cooperate. I'm so glad we switched from Wheeler and will never look back. My other daughter (3 y.o) went with us because she had a panic attack at the other dentist and thought this would be a good chance to familiarize her and she is so excited to go to a dentist now. The office is so much fun, my son had a great time in the waiting room. The doctor was sweet and gentle, but very informative.
They are always so sweet, caring, and gentle with the children. Great experience every time.
