We live at Park Manor for only one year and it was a nightmare. Now I do have to say that it was safe and quiet to begin with, but so much is wrong. First of all the washers and dryers to not work properly. It takes hours to wash and your cloths are left soppy then you try to dry them and the dryer doesnt dry them even after 4 tries.
