The service was awful. The entire shift was made up kids who didn't care about customer service or the standards of the company. One young female behind the counter was actually dancing while there were 10 or more people waiting for their orders.
This evening crew is nothing compared to the morning crew.. Our wait time for our meals to be bagged separate have exceeded over 10minutes and we asked for it while ordering. One customer just spoke of this not being a first time situation. Also "my pleasure" was not mentioned.
This is the slowest location. Every time I come I get pulled up. They are renovating the morrow location so I am forced to come here. Waiting now. Mad and hungry with two dam kids.
just ate dinner there, service was amazingly slow, and when we finally got our food, my wife's chicken strips were like jerky, completely inedible. I asked the manager to replace them and after waiting 15 minutes, went up to the counter to ask about them and she didn't bother to tell anyone to take care of it. I love Chick-fil-A, but will never go back to this one

I was at this location a few weeks ago. The dining area was dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor and it was bad. Service was slow. I told the server I was disappointed due to the conditions of the dining area. She made no comment. I will not return.
I have gone to chick-fil-A for years and I have always gone away with good service. However, the father and daughters date was a great experience for my Granddaughter and Son. They took pictures and walk the red carpet. But Last year they didn’t do anything thing special. There was no red carpet nor any special pictures was taken. You didn’t have to make reservations and was seated just like a regular customer. My son had had to get someone to take their picture.
