I have been living here since 2010. The office staff are wonderful and maintenance is fast and reliable.
Professional, long-term staff that provide excellent customer service. Beautiful grounds and pool. Nestled in a beautiful area of Peoria, next to Forest Park Nature Preserve where you can hike year-round. Minutes from downtown Peoria and just down the hill from quaint Peoria Heights, where shopping and dining are the best in the area.
They got a Pokemon Gym and a Pokestop on site. The Pokestop is at a gazebo. Players are always attaching Lure Modules to it. Living here nets you a distinct advantage as a trainer.
The staff here are wonderful! Nice safe place to live and good family atmosphere. Landscaping is always nice and grounds are always free of debris. I love it here!
