The staff are wonderful and knock the arrangements out of the park every time. My go to for flowers.
I booked an appointment to get a car decorated for a wedding. After all the details were discussed. Day and time of event confirmed, I show to the shop and Philly tells me that “I didn’t confirm nothing” because I didn’t pay him and that now it will take double the time. What am I paying for if I haven’t even seen any flowers yet? This was said before he said hello and he said we have limited availability of flowers and that’s ok. Simply amazing. Friends sent berevement flowers to me but I was busy in another city cleaning up family affairs. The team at Forest of Flowers held my flower delivery until I was home to enjoy them. Much appreciated, and now I'm a new customer for sure!
