Very disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for a 25-rose bouquet, but later counted only 20 roses. I specifically asked for fewer greens, but instead of making the bouquet look fuller or adding something extra, they simply gave me fewer roses. I paid almost $170 and expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. If you buy flowers here, make sure you count them before leaving. We recently used Fili for our wedding in August, and I cannot get over how incredible his services and quality was! The flower arrangements were so luscious and full, they smelled amazing all night, thank you so much for such a memorable day, we got so many compliments on how beautiful the arrangements were :)
I specifically mentioned that the bouquet was for my son’ and his fiancée’s engagement party and that his fiancée will be holding the bouquet and taking photos. The bouquet was massive, almost like it had a built in vase, not exactly ideal for carrying in your arms during photo shoots.
