Not only the the owner make our flowers absolutely stunning for our wedding. When we first chose them it was based off of how amazing she was helping us create them, giving us ideas when we needed help. It was an amazing experience all around. Everyone was obsessed with my bouquet & my bridesmaids took all theirs home cause they loved them too much to let go of them. The extra creation she made for my late father in law was enough to make people feel his presence. 10/10 recommend won’t use anyone else but them now.
I bought flowers here, but shortly after I found the ones I really wanted elsewhere. I called the shop just 20 minutes later, explained the situation, and was clearly told they could do a refund. Based on that, I bought the other flowers and went back to the store. Once there, the machine declined the refund process, so they took my info to do it later. The team at Forest of Flowers is incredibly accommodating, easy to talk with, and their expertise and willingness to work within a tight budget is hard to find. Highly recommended and will be referring friends and family in the area to FOF in the future.
My boyfriend ordered a bouquet from their online store for our anniversary, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. He placed the order on Friday with a scheduled delivery for Saturday our anniversary with the intention of it being a thoughtful surprise delivered before we headed out at 4 PM. Wilted flowers, no colour theory/creativity, the wrapping was absolutely horrific and the options were limited. You'll get a random boquet of cheap flowers, mostly daisies. $5.00 sponge 🤣 There is definitely no floral designer on site, it's clear they are winging it.
