Awesome place to live! Quite and friendly neighbors. Management works hard to keep a beautiful community.
I have never seen such a nice well-kept mobile home park! I lived here for three years and it was really great. The property manager keeps the property very clean and is also very particular about who he will let move in here because he only wants renters who will keep their lot and their housing clean and tidy. They also keep up with maintenance and address any issues promptly. There are a lot of trees that provide shade, it's really quiet and I felt safe there even walking at night. Stayed here for several months and the park/on site manager was extremely accommodating. The location is very convenient and the community is well maintained. Prices are very reasonable and the other residents in the park are all very friendly. I would recommend Forest Oaks to anyone that is looking for a small, quiet community at a very reasonable price.

One of the best places I ever stayed. The community is cool, the layout of the park is ideal for security, plus it’s beautiful. The price is fair, and the landlord is kind and understanding as long as you are upfront and honest with him. I’d leave 10/5 stars if I could. Sad that I have to go. 😞
