I’m sick and tired of being told things by the front office that are never true with no follow through. They always say they’re going to get back to you and they never do. I was going to wait until I left before I posted this but I felt convicted to warn others before making the mistake and signing a lease. Maintenance is extremely slow and refuses to wear shoe covers when entering apartments despite being asked several times to wear shoe covers. You will be waiting on average at least 6 to 8 weeks before your maintenance request is addressed. Do not make the mistake of complaining about this complex. We brought several maintenance concerns to their attention. Now they are trying to kick us out by saying that we have an illegal pet and the dog broke the screen door. The screen door was broken when we moved in. Our dog has been on the lease the whole time we have been here since 2023.
