Good manager and she is very professional at her job the office and maintenance is outstanding
Maintenance leaves much to be desired. Have had a leaking water line behind our fridge whenever we use our ice maker. Our water pressure is low. So low that we can’t even run the dishwasher because it won’t clean our dishes. Maintenance requests are just sitting there. Guess we can just hand wash our dishes and buy bagged ice forever, even though we pay the rent that reflects working appliances.
I have been a residence at the Forest oaks apartment complex since 2023 and I must say I have not regretted living there. I never really had a problem with management since I am here but I must say this new manager Whitley is an awesome individual who is very welcoming, understanding and get the job done. Her and the team she works with in the office compliments each other. I have recently did a transfer of apartment and I am really loving my new space.
