My bathroom ceiling developed an active leak, with brown water leaking into the bathtub and ceiling material falling into the shower area. Because it was the only bathroom in my apartment, I was unable to safely use the shower for approximately 12 days. I feel safe, living here and The new management company make sure things get done as far as maintenance when it needs to be done. I’ve been living here for the past six years. Glad to call it home.
Moving in here will seem nice, but it's all a lie. Maintenance will take 2+ weeks to do anything, and even then, the work is half assed. And the people in the leasing office will play you like a fiddle too, smiling in your face but also never getting anything done. Constant issues because this place has not been maintained well. I've had a flooring and possible foundation issue for a MONTH. I've called and called and been told lies upon lies, the communication is nonexistent here. Miss Daijauna in the office is so kind and helpful! Nico, Natasha and the whole staff are so nice and considerate. The whole complex is beautiful and well maintained !
