So far so good love the change that’s happening with the property the new manager is a breath of fresh air s/o to him and the leasing agent Daijuauna is also amazing love your spirit and attitude and how she handled residents questions and concerns great teamwork
The worst leasing management ever! God forbid you are late 1 time and then they make you suffer for the rest of your stay by only allowing you to pay your rent through morganwips at cvs and have to pay a fee with that also. Also if you are late even a day then there are lawyer fees added to your monthly rent like you are about to get evicted and as if they are actually having to use a lawyer after being 1 day late. 1878 Gingercake Circle sounds so cute, but, news flash it is not cute when it comes to living on the second floor and the people in the third floor sounds like they are in your apartment or about to come through the ceiling on top of your head. The dogs are overrated living in apartments. It’s a major turn off, these dogs are too big to be living over top of people’s heads, jumping around all day like it’s the playground for dogs.
