Overall, this is a pretty great place. Tweeks have to be made here & there because of the age of the units, but, for as old as they are, theyve held up well. They are putting money into the place but are grudingly doing so. People skills seminars need to be attended by ALL employees. You get the impression they think they have done the community a huge favor by lowering their rents. They were forced to economically because the place was emptying out with the high rents & no updates being made. They did themselves a favor. Pe... read more

overpriced for seniors on fixed income. Electric heat VERY expensive in cold months. Never enough hot water to wash a load of clothes or take a short shower. no dining room, no room for company to sit. Charge extra for eveything. Also is not a place to live in the winter months. Look like trailers suited for the warm weather in florida.
