Receptionist was very rude.
The lady picking up the calls is very rude. She had a confrontational tone and kept interrupting me. She hung up the call before I was done. I was respectful the entire time but she treated me like I was dirt on the ground.
Very slow service had to wait over an hour for our appointment. Not a word of apology, Which is pretty annoying
My doctor was actually nice, patient and professional, but I had a bad experience with the lady receptionist. I had been trying to call them since 5.40pm. Nobody was answering so I had to go in person as I needed to know my results urgently. The centre already had their door shut at 6.38pm with the receptionist sitting right at the desk, despite displaying closes at 7pm.
