Yep, as everyone else points out appointments here are meaningless.i have a 9:15 am appointment. It's 9:50 and I'm still waiting and my boss will be pretty pissed off by now I'm running so late for work. How can they get so far behind schedule this early in the morning.
If I could give no stars I would. Waited over an hour to see the doctor. Was then waiting around another hour, was examined and then waited for a referral form that never came. Address is also incorrect on Google.
I completely understand that medical centers are busy, unpredictable environments, and I always anticipate a reasonable delay when seeing a doctor. However, what happened today at Forest Mall Medical Centre goes far beyond a standard delay. Do not give a patient an appointment slot for 11:20 AM if you aren't going to see them until 1:00 PM.
