This place is better than no place at all. Beggers can't be choosers and ppl should be lucky enough to have a roof over there head's!
The new owners "bartsch" are rude and over bearing. The dumpsters are over flowing, attracting seagulls. Think twice about moving into these apts.

I've been in this place for over 5 years I'm getting kicked out after being late on rent for 5 days
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Would not recommend living here. Garbage is spread all over the property, the apartment buildings are never cleaned. Tenants leave garbage laying everywhere and park in assigned parking spots that aren't theirs. Tenants park behind vehicles in parking spots, so you can get parked into your own parking spot and be unable to leave. The apartment manager/ maintenance always says there's nothing he can do about any of this, and that you need to go to corporate. If you have concerns... read more
