Horrible Experience and Lisa Price was Extremely Rude – I will make this short and sweet I do not reccomend Forest Lawn Cemetery to anyone. I think Lisa was so unprofessional and rude. Stay Away from Forest Lawn Cemetery. They are crooks and will try and get all the money they can out of you during your painful greiving process. They prey on people.
Double check your prepaid services – Despite having the correct information in my father's file, the cemetery had drafted a service order that downgraded the quality of vault that had been prepaid and billed us for opening and closing the grave, which had also been prepaid. When we produced our copy of the agreement and challenged their service order, they cheerfully corrected the mistake and delivered very good service.
