My Mother had also prepaid for services in the 1960's. When I was finally sent a copy of the prepaid bill (quite a few things I had no clue what they were) I discovered almost 1/2 of the charges were previously paid. When some woman came to the grave site and denied the charges (had the printout with me) she admitted someone made a mistake. How sad is the day that you visit your Parents grave site only to find the new floral arrangement has been badly damaged because someone was buried next to them. I understand the necessity of using their headstone as a resting site for a vault cover. This was the Saturday before Mothers Day this past May 2015. This cemetery changed hands in the last couple of years. It is a beautiful cemetery, and when my mom died in 2004...all was handled well and the people were very nice. When my dad died in 2013, there were many miscommunications and some of the people there didn't seem to care. If I had it to do over again, I would not choose Forest Lawn.
Lisa Price And Staff is Wonderful! – Lisa Price is a Wonderful Women.. Very Perfessional business women. They Keep her Employed because she is good at what she does. She also treats everyone with respect and love. Lisa is very caring and supportive. She has a wonderful heart and is a great person. As well as her staff. Forest Lawn is where everyone should go. You will be 100% satisfied and will feel very comfortable.
Lisa Price is famous! – WOW I came across Lisa Price today and was extremely disappointed in how rude and nasty one can be working in a Cemetery! Lisa Price is the worst of the worst! Never use Forest Lawn – The way my family and I were treated by Lisa Price at Forest Lawn Cemetery was unreprihensible. I could not believe the way she treated us. The amount of money they requested up front should be a crime. Then the words that came out of Lisa Price's mouth "unbelievable". Disingenuous and disrespectful Forest Lawn - Richmond – I live in New England and dealt with Forest Lawn Cemetery, long-distance, about 7 years ago. I do not have one nice thing to say about them.
