Dr. Liew is wonderful doctor I had a great experience with him thoughtful and knowledgeable, only probably is the staff not friendly, they don’t pick up the phone and don’t follow up. Horrible receptionists!
Ok firstly Dr. Triassi Asper is an amazing allergy doctor and I highly recommend her. She was always kind to my children and respectful in explaining everything to me and she was always patient with my questions. She is quite thorough and caring as well. She is not the issue here. Had my daughter’s appointment here with the allergy specialist Dr. Triassi- Asper who was excellent, no doubt about that. However, our first experience at this clinic was soured by what happened at the front desk. Upon arrival, the receptionist took my daughter’s health card for the regular check-in process, but never gave it back. Being our first time here, my wife filled out the paperwork and only realized after the appointment that the health card hadn’t been returned. Had an appointment, got prescription that made me more sick and put me in emergency, tried calling every day for a week and many times monthly to move my appointment to a sooner date, no body there to pickup the calls or call back. Very disappointing, do not recommend!
We were introduced to Dr. Maria from our family Doctor, Amazing, Best recommendation. Every time we go to our appointment, she takes time to explain and what she is doing next. Dr Maria is very professional and knowledgeable, she understands that every patient is different and she takes good care of her patients. I noticed from how she is with me and my family. Dr Maria Grignano have all my respect.
