Poor customer service from the sales man. I don't need to say his name but I contacted them for an out of state purchase, applied for credit got it approved and they took 24 hrs to answer any text. Asked them multiple times for the info to summit a deposit to hold the car and never got the info. Also requested a video of the car from the undercarriage and never got it. Over all I give it 2 stars because they did answer some messages but I believe I was no taken serious since its the begging of the month and the car has been ... read more

I had a wonderful experience at North Dallas Jeep. Edwin in the service department was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of Jeep products. Edwin was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. He kept me updated throughout the service and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I appreciate the great customer service and will definitely return for future maintenance.
