Worst dealership experience in 40 years. They lied about replacing oil pan and fabricated a invoice with false part numbers to make it look like they had replaced it. I had to spend more money and take the Jeep to AutoNation to get oil pan replaced after the GM refused to take my calls. AutoNation would be happy to verify my story.
They really deserve 0 starts. LONG story Short, this dealership wasted my whole day on Monday, June 20th by holding my vehicle hostage. Linda was unprofessional and rude. I scheduled an appointment for 9am and asked for the courtesy shuttle to return home while I waited on my vehicle. Service department has the worst customer service and a waste of time.
Worst dealership ever! Took all of my information and credit card to order a car and charged my card without processing the order.

This person was never in our dealership and we have no record of charging his credit card or him signing a buyers order. If he can provide us with a receipt we can look into it.
