Don't move here! My husband and I moved here about a year and a half ago. We thought it was a decent place until we moved in...we had cracks all in our bathroom tiles, no water in either bathroom. We called to get this fixed and then it was too much pressure that it almost knocked you over. We lived on the 2nd floor and our roof was leaking which they supposedly fixed, but never did because we still have a huge crack in the ceiling and everytime it rains, water still comes in. Never again... I lived at Forest Lake for a year before leaving on military deployment orders. The entire time I lived there, I hated it. Parking was non-existant. If you have more than 1 car, be prepared to walk 20 mins back to your apartment because that's where the nearest spot will be. The gate is ALWAYS broken. The longest I'd ever seen it fixed was for maybe a week. So much for that whole "gated community" experience. Rent is expensive and service is horrible We rented here thinking that we were getting our moneys worth. But think again! The plumbing was always messing up and the front gate onto the premises was always broken. Which allowed anyone to come in and out of the apartments. The maintenance men were filthy and would walk into your apartment whenever they pleased. No privacy at all. The floors would leak every time it rained which messed up our daughters furniture.
