My cat had a miscarriage over the weekend and they were the first place to say “yes we can get her in ASAP.” One vet clinic told me to call back during the week and they would get her in. I did. Turned around and they told me they had no availability to get her in. Another vet clinic told me that they had to talk to the vet to see what they suggested. 2 hours later I got a call back. Every time I try to call it rings then immediately disconnects. What's the point when I can't get through? Fix your phone system! Also didn't care for how they treated my mom when she went there for one of her cats. The lady told her my mom's cat had cancer and she should just put her down. Thank god she didn't because the lady was LOOKING AT THE WRONG RECORD. To make matters worse, she seemed to find the whole thing amusing. Needless to say, my mother did not! Will be finding another vet soon.
They care more about money than they do about animals!!!
Friendly nice staff called for a refill for my dogs medicine paid over the phone went to pick it up sat in my vehicle friendly staff came out and got my medicine I appreciate all that you guys do.
You and your Staff have been very kind and supportive of our dog Wanda. As a rescue fog she can be difficult. We have brought our 2 other dogs as well and have been with you since you opened. Thanks again to you and a great staff🙂
Dr.Hamaty and his staff are awesome I have been going to him since he has opened! He has comforted us when we had lost out furbaby and saved my baby girl furbaby last year yes has been a insulin diabetic pup for a year and has been doing great because Dr.Hamaty and his staff
