I've taken my fur baby here since he was just a pup . I love it here . they always do everything they can and even when they're closed and something comes up , vet techs always get back to me . 30/10 recommend ☺
Dr. Smith helped me through a really hard time of having to put my baby to sleep due to a very large tumor in his abdomen. Very professional, caring and compassionate. I’ve never had a less than excellent experience there.
Absolutely love this place, I will never take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Smith is awesome! He always takes such good care of our dogs and never leaves any question unanswered!!

Honestly the best veterinarian in the area. Never had any issues with Forest Hills Vet. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful! I have never had to question the care or attention given to my pups while they were here. Thanks for being an amazing asset to the Johnstown area!! Keep it up Forest Hills!
Our family have taken all of our 5 dogs and 3 cats to Dr hamaty since he opened for business. I will not go anywhere else! He cares for every animal like it’s his own. His office staff is efficient and no nonsense. They tell you the prices up front before a service is performed after all they are not running a nonprofit organization. I have had bad experiences with other local veterinary offices but never at Dr Hamaty’s office. He and his staff are top notch!!
