I absolutely love this flower shop! The owner and staff are always so kind and helpful, making every visit a wonderful experience. The shop is beautiful, and each time I go, I discover something new that brightens my day. It’s definitely my favorite florist in Forest Hills, and I always look forward to stopping by!

Placed an order for Valentine's Day several days in advance. The day of Valentine's they never showed up. Called and was told that they were out for delivery. Several hours later called again bc they still had not arrived and was told the order was canceled bc "it was too far". Meanwhile the location was not even 2 miles away. NEVER ordering from here again.

Yesterday, I was at a funeral and my flowers from an outside resource never arrived. I called Lilies of the Valley and they were so accommodating. They took my information, wrote the card and had the flowers at the funeral home within 20 minutes. I will definitely use them again!
