Incredible service, with an even more incredible attention to detail. Despite me only being there a few times. They quickly learned my situation and did even more to accommodate my requests. I will certainly return as they understand the empathy and human connection required to help those through loss.
We booked this florist nearly a year in advance and spent a considerable amount of money on our wedding flowers. We paid a deposit when booking and were told they understood exactly what we wanted and that we were the only wedding booked for our date at the time. I would strongly recommend that anyone planning a wedding think twice before booking this florist. What should have been an exciting and stress-free part of my best friend’s wedding turned into an absolute nightmare. Throughout the planning process, the woman she dealt with was condescending on multiple occasions during meetings. I guess when they say don’t believe everything you hear online is extremely true in this case since all the negative reviews are taken down immediately. I guess I’ll try to help someone out there with this one. The flowers last but if you want a specific anything, it won’t happen.
