I never complain to a store owner about prices, but I had to this time. Please beware: they charged me $7 per rose for 8 small and not too fresh looking roses , not a bouquet! Just 8 roses bundled up, with very short stems . And when I complained about the price the owner said “ why don’t you go to the other place then” (Mind you these flowers were purchased Friday and complete died on Sunday!!!!) Absolutely rude ! I have been a client of Forest Hills Lilies of the Valley for years now. I’m always satisfied with their work. The owners and their team are wonderful and caring people and I can’t say enough good things about them. I usually buy their bouquets and the amazing job they do never fail to impress me. The designs are unique and the presentation is great. Just today I bought my weekly dozen roses for my mother and she (as always) was excited and so grateful for the beautiful bouquet.
To Simitra and the rest of the team at Lilies of the Valley, just wanted to say a huge thank you for the beautiful flowers, especially the bouquet and the arch at the wedding venue. You really made everything look perfect! Appreciate it so much! xx PS: Sorry for the late review!!
