Ann is great! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable befoee she removed the deep splinter. This is a great place ..great people!
Went to the clinic on December 23rd and sat for 2.5 hours. At that time I was brought into the back to talk the the staff (I was not put in a room) they told me they could take an x ray of my ankle however no one could read it until December 26th. If my ankle was broken they would not be able to help me anyway. I would then need to go to the hospital. When I inquired as to why I was not told this sooner they said the front desk is not medically trained and in the back they do not go through the files except to pull out thing... read more
The customer service is great, also Ms. Anna. All of the nurses and office staff are wonderful. 😁
I love Sonya! She is warm, professional, open and caring. She always asks the right questions and listens when I answer or explain. I never feel rushed or that she is in a hurry when I see her. She is just so helpful, cheerful, and kind. I wish she could be my primary care provider. The nurses and office staff are wonderful also.

Forest Hills Immediate Care is the BOMB from the front desk to the back. Yesterday within 2 hrs of getting my steroid shot, I was much better. Have very little cough now. I have been there for myself as well as Danny when he was living! ANA is absolutely awesome and to tell you one reason why: A few days before Danny passed away, I told him we had to go back to hospital. He asked me to please call and see if Ana was working. He wanted to go see her first, so we did! She did have to send him to the hospital and he passed away... read more
Dr. Ana is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure i am ok.. i have a nasty stomach bug and i would have been in the hospital without her help! Sweet tea! �
Excellent service all the time. Can not say enough great things about this clinic. From the business office staff to the medical staff, all are very professional and caring.
