There is a pattern of racist behavior exhibited by the staff that lacks adequate ability to effectively manage a property. Water is off regularly without notice, there is no visitor parking so residents are denied guests - or risk your car being towed. In addition, there are bed bugs and roaches on property. For the price, this community, as well as the management (WRH Realty), certainly go out of their way to stay true to the phrase.
