This place is horrible. I stayed here for 6 months and lived in a 500 square foot apt and paid around 975. While my neighbor was paying about 100 less and had a washer/ dryer and a bedroom with a garage. Then when I confronted the office about it they simply said that if I signed another 6 month lease that they would give me the one bedroom apartment. My apartment had mold and the outdated washer/dryers never seemed to be working. I never saw one cleaning of the pool during my stay. Steer clear of this place.
We love living here SO much! The surroundings, so peaceful and beautiful! The staff is the best group of people you could hope for. We are very fortunate. I have recommended this complex to a couple special friends and YAYAY, they may be coming on! Thanks FH! xxxxooooo
Forest Hills is a fantastic place to live! I love being so close to both restaurants and shops, and having a bike path that runs right around it makes both commuting and adventuring easy. I have never had an issue with my apartment or the incredibly friendly staff, and I recommend this community to everyone looking for a new home.
Super friendly & caring staff! The apartments and grounds are always well kept, and it is dog & cat friendly.
