Asked for a call back 4 times in last 6 weeks. No call back. Asked for a letter of move out first of Nov. The management told us they would send first of Jan. No letter received. Will not answer calls
I have been in this apartment for one week. I can't give an all around review of the property but I can say it is not one I would have chosen had I looked closer. It does not have any up grades! The dryer does not have a vent, no peep hole on front door, and closet doors are a dangling mess to say the least. I suggest seeing the unit before signing. I went to Forest Hills for a 1bd/1ba apt, filled out the application, and manager Tom explained there was no application fee, but if approved we would pay a deposit to hold the apt. I got approved, and gave my deposit, but never seen the apt. Tom explained the apt was not ready.
