No clue how living there is cause the office manager never even did my appointment. We had an appointment set up and just waited for someone to show up . A maintenance guy went to office and I asked about appointment and he pointed that the chick was in her car on the phone after I was already there for a half hour, then she just took off so I left and went to the arbors
Was decent enough when I lived here back in 2018-2021. It's a quiet residential neighborhood. Not a lot of parking, mostly street. The pool was open two seasons while I lived here. It's closed because the concrete pool deck is a mess and won't pass code, from what I understand. Maintenance is haphazardly completed. The guy Ryan was good. The outdoor porches/balconies are nice, but not all are screened in. Garbage dumpsters tended to be full fairly quickly, waste management only emptied them once a week.
