I would not recommend living at Pinnacle by Avenue Living. During the year we lived there, it was one issue after another, and the management was very disappointing. Security was one of our biggest concerns. There were multiple thefts from the underground garage, homeless people were able to get into the building, and at one point someone parked in our assigned underground parking stall without a permit. had a very negative experience living here. I lived in this apartment with my minor daughter as a co-tenant. Unfortunately, we had serious issues with another co-tenant Halyna.She behaved aggressively: turning off electricity, restricting access to shared areas, and even physically assaulted me. My child witnessed this situation. I contacted management multiple times with written complaints, reporting both the violence and the fact that an unauthorized third person was living in the unit. Woman named Halyna is renting out the room in the unit without legal contact. Also she never turns back damage deposit. Rude and disgraceful tenant treatment
