Slava did an excellent job responding to service requests! He was friendly and timely. I live in Harvard Towers but avenue Living doesn't have a Google review section for my residence
Love the location of this building. Slava, who does maintenance for all the downtown buildings makes it so easy when there is a problem. Always is prompt and so polite while working and makes sure all problem are dealt with quickly. Seems like he’s always working!
I had the misfortune of living here for two years when I first moved to Calgary. The building is very noisy, you can hear your neighbours breathing. The owners could not care less about the residents and the condition of the building. There are plenty of nice well run buildings in Calgary, Forrest Hills is not one of them.
