Sometimes can’t enter this building without having to step over the homeless that sleep in the super small entryway. If you value security and safety I’m not sure this would be the place for you. Two days ago there was a homeless person roaming the hallways. My heart goes out to those strangers but in regard to Avenue living doing their job to provide safe living spaces to their tenants in a building situated downtown, I feel a simple monitored security camera could even aid in these situations, or a double locked entry. Slava did an excellent job responding to service requests! He was friendly and timely. I live in Harvard Towers but avenue Living doesn't have a Google review section for my residence
Love the location of this building. Slava, who does maintenance for all the downtown buildings makes it so easy when there is a problem. Always is prompt and so polite while working and makes sure all problem are dealt with quickly. Seems like he’s always working!
