They are not client friendly at all. They put their own priorities before client's. Totally unprofessional. Their agents are sub par and don't have courage to listen / solve their issues. Will never recommend someone ahead.
Easily accessible real estate office in the heart of the city near local shops and cafes. Greeted by a warm and friendly staff member. Went above and beyond to answer questions.
If I could give Jay Nusbaum a zero star, I would definitely do. Worst experience with him. He ghosted our agent, ignored calls and messages, and completely disrespected the process. Because of his careless and unprofessional behavior, we lost a home we were perfectly suited for. Extremely unprofessional experience. I am currently a tenant at one of the rental properties this company is listing, and the handling of the process has been unacceptable. We were not given proper notice for showings, and appointment times and dates were repeatedly changed or canceled without any communication. The property was ultimately leased, and we were not even informed— I only found out after calling to confirm upcoming appointments.
