If I could give Jay Nusbaum a zero star, I would definitely do. Worst experience with him. He ghosted our agent, ignored calls and messages, and completely disrespected the process. Because of his careless and unprofessional behavior, we lost a home we were perfectly suited for. Extremely unprofessional experience. I am currently a tenant at one of the rental properties this company is listing, and the handling of the process has been unacceptable. We were not given proper notice for showings, and appointment times and dates were repeatedly changed or canceled without any communication. The property was ultimately leased, and we were not even informed— I only found out after calling to confirm upcoming appointments. Rebecca Himelfarb and her team are incredible. She made the entire process of selling my home and finding my dream home so easy and fun! Rebecca’s expertise was really valuable in preparing my home for staging, she offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy Rabovsky as a cooperating agent on a lease. Wendy was so wonderful to deal with, she was professional, responsive and organized. I hope we can work together again.
We worked with Andrew Kodos as first time home buyers!! He is unfit to be a realtor! He made us buy a condo townhouse without knowing what a status certificate is!! He told all the LIES, like we can modify our washroom to be a 3 piece etc. The parking is far away!! He’s the worst guy!! I don’t know why Forest Hill had him on their team. I can’t imagine how un knowledgeable or fraudulent other agents from this real estate company!!
