This is not the first time this has happened. On multiple occasions, I have booked an appointment with clinic, received a confirmation email confirming that my booking was successful, and attended the clinic at the scheduled time. However, upon arrival, I have been told that there is no appointment recorded for me.
The staff at the front office are very helpful. They are very professional and kind. Our family Doctor is very professional and good. No dramas at this medical centre.
Called in the morning to book for a vaccine, the receptionist lady was rude and condescending. I called to book for a vaccine, at first she immediatly asked 'didn't you call before?' I told her I've never called them and i'm calling to book a vaccine booster, she said i need to check mygov for my vaccine record, i mentioned i'm an immigrant and that vaccine was done overseas but I was told to get a booster anyways. She became very dismissive and told me to book the booster with whoever told me to get one. Beyond unprofession... read more
