The staff at the front office are very helpful. They are very professional and kind. Our family Doctor is very professional and good. No dramas at this medical centre.
Called in the morning to book for a vaccine, the receptionist lady was rude and condescending. I called to book for a vaccine, at first she immediatly asked 'didn't you call before?' I told her I've never called them and i'm calling to book a vaccine booster, she said i need to check mygov for my vaccine record, i mentioned i'm an immigrant and that vaccine was done overseas but I was told to get a booster anyways. The receptionist was extremely rude. I will not be returning.
My mother was a resident at an Aged Care facility where he looked after my mother for almost three years. Whilst on a two week break with family she passed away. Dr Weng, being her GP was asked to write the death certificate, which he refused to do- stating he hadn't seen her for two weeks. Outrageous!!!. This caused us to have to call police and ambulance, and the coroners court and also meant that my mother was unable to be picked up by the funeral parlor for ten hours. My husband's family has been going to this clinic for over 40 years, and after we got married we continued the tradition adding our children and now my elderly mother to the list of patients. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that's because doctors are not rushing to push patients out the door. They take their time and listen to them.
