Clinic broke the federal health care law by not providing me with information about the intended treatment nor engaging me in consent. If I had been informed I would not have agreed to it. I was told by reception that it was compulsory. The treatment traumatized me for 18 days. Even now it goes around in my head like a cracked record. Although I complained.
