The receptionist and the doctor were both extremely kind. I was able to see the doctor promptly with almost no waiting time, and I received appropriate treatment right away. I truly believe it was one of the best medical services I’ve ever experienced.
Excellent and reliable service. Dr. Manouchehr Hojat is friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. He always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes me feel confident and well-looked-after. I’m grateful to have him as my GP.

Had a terrible experience with Dr Mumtaz Qazi today. She was impatient and dismissive. She didn’t seem to care when I try to explain the situation and didn’t give any useful treatment solution at all. At the end she even said “can you go out” when we still have concerns 5 minutes after the session starts. This is very rude behavior and unacceptable.
