My dentist of more than 20 years is retiring and I was dreading the task of transferring my records and treatment. However, Gwen relieved my anxieties by providing the necessary forms to fill out and by contacting my previous provider to obtain my x-rays and other information needed. My first appointment has been scheduled and, by the way I was treated as a new patient, I feel comfortable in my choice of a new provider of service.
