Dr. Poplowski is amazing! He has given me the tools for a successful future! The staff is Amazing!
The entire staff and doctors are the BEST! I'm no stranger to medical facilities, I've had over 15 orthopedic surgeries as an adult. Great care by the employees with high efficiency to get you "in" and "out" and home on your way to recovery!!!

This is a great health clinic. In fact it's the best. They are so caring and helpful.
I have been a patient since 2011. I have never had a more dedicated doctor and nursing staff tend to all my needs. They listen to what you have to say and what you have going on with your health. They are at the top of my highest rated medical center and go to people. I have recommended 4 people to my surgeon and all have nothing to say but the highest praises about him.
I had surgery there in November,2014. The staff from the sidewalk shoveler to the surgeons. From nurses to nutrition area all treated myself and my family as if we were family members. I always tell folks if that is a choice to make it Forest Health Medical Center. A+ all the way.
