Forest Green took over management of our condo association 1 year ago. They have been excellent in the service they have provided. They are available when you need them and address problems/questions in a timely manner. We are a small association yet I do not feel that our needs are any less important to them than some of their larger accounts. Communication and knowledge are top notch.
I have worked with Forest Green Realty for a number of years in several different capacities. I have always found them to be courteous, friendly, diligent and responsive. They do a very nice job of maintaining balance between all of their constituents which can be difficult at best on many occasions. This is a group that operates with high integrity.
I have been working with Forest Green for two years I feel that they are on top of the concerns of the Condo Association. They have a vision on what the future repairs are going to be and working on funding now.
Very opinionated. Very lax in care and repair. Waiting 3 years for driveway repair. I now have GRAVEL! Properties around me are getting repaired, but are in better condition than mine. DO NOT ask them to do repairs, or they will put you at the bottom of the list as they have done with me. They have the upper hand & there is nothing you can do about it. I wish we had a different management company who would listen to requests!
