they are scum Lords the trailer we're at now is being condemned by the county by code enforcement they put a work order in for our trailer to be demolished that's how bad of a condition our trailer is let alone there's other multiple trailers that are just like mine
The worst living experience I have ever had to deal with. The owner owns 15 parks across Tampa bay and he is a scum lord. When I moved in the place was infested with roaches and ants. They wouldn’t do anything to help get rid of them. They over charge for these trailers. I still haven’t gotten my deposit since I moved and they refuse to give Me a number to talk to someone about it. These homes are gross and the person who manages them has no idea what she is doing. Gave the manager $400 deposit told me would have a place 3rd of may. Called few days before said she didn't have anything. She would have something definitely by June 3rd. Followed up with her today and now won't have nothing until almost July. We asked for our deposit back she said we had to mail a letter to their corporate office we asked if it was a office or a p.o. box she said office at first then nothing second time then 3rd said it was a p.o box. Not happy at all. They don't fix stuff like promised. Seems like the only thing they care about is money. Been waiting 5months for bathroom doors!!!! Seriously?? When promised them next damn day. And they just blow it off when reminded. Furious that they take advantage like this. Will be moving as soon as possible.
This is the worst place u could live at in Florida, this place is roach infested, the maintenance takes forever to come to u and fix something, they don't meet the requirements o be open, so how the hell are they up and running, this place is a complete scam and fraud
This place is a scam. Do not get them a$400.00 deposit. They keep taking more deposits and have no vacancies and you will not even get the courtesy of a return phone call.
I put on a deposit after looking at a couple mobile homes and here $400 and she was supposed to call me by the 8th we had already put her notice in for the places we were at Living and she never called me I've called 4 times left 3 messages and she hasn't returned my calls I have a friend that lives in there and she said that I have been trying to get ahold of her for the 3 bedroom mobile home that I've been waiting for and she told my friend that she don't have any available so now I'm out of $400 until I legally do somethi... read more
