let me just say this!!!! that ignorant POS that supposed to work in the office. did NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE RESIDENTS THERE. ON AND ON ABOUT HOW SHE CONTROLS THEM AND THEY WILL DO WHAT SHE SAYS WHEN SHE SAYS. I THINK SOME MAY EVEN BE HER FAMILY. I TOLD HER OFF AND TORE UP MY APPLICATION AND SAID YOU NEED HELP!!! NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
What a joke this place is!!!!! They wouldn’t let my friend’s FOUR YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL use the bathroom! She was crying she had to pee so bad and yet they say they are “Family Friendly!” The best part is when my friend was standing up, and they told her she HAD TO SIT DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS POLICY!!!!!!!! Seriously I wouldn’t give this place one dime!
the place is a joke weekley rent of $340 and some months have that extra week so rent is 1600 a month for a place that has Roche's and bugs this place is for the birds
My daughter her husband and my Grandsons moved here from out of state they were told they were getting a nice 4 bedroom mobile home for $850 a month. When her husband got there with the uhaul they told him it wasn't available then it went to 3 bedroom not available they ended up with a 2 bedroom for over $1175 a month!! They do this for everyone. My daughter is barely making it because of this place. The cops come there at least once a week. The neighbors told us they had human crap shoot out of their bathtub. I pray that so... read more
