TERRIBLE ! Thought last management was bad , these are worse , been having continuous issues with NEW residents (less than a year) and me living here for 3 years , and have let management know for the LAST YEAR WITH PROOF OF EVERYTHING , and yet no help or resolution besides being told i can move and pay more 🤦🏻♀️ and now because they are being called out the office managers want to be rude and not give out any type of information , called blvd residential and can never get through to anyone .
The website LIES. there are no ceiling fans or dishwashers. The apartments are old and they are NOT doing any upgrades. The only upside is the patio and the rent is reasonable for the area.
Finally have a property manager who seems like she cares about the community ! Thankful for that ! Only wish there was cameras around the property to be able to hold residents more responsible for there actions because theres been alot more things going on lately in the complex .
VERY THANKFUL WE FINALLY HAVE A MANAGER THAT CARE ABOUT US AS RESIDENTS HERE.. SHE HAVE DID A LOT THE OTHERS DIDN’T DO ANYTHING
Honestly havent had no issues with my apartment , wish there was a little more/better communication with management when it comes to residents and there company breaking rules , and also lease information , but its really not that bad . Would have 0 complaints if communication was better , we had cameras around property , and our parking gate could stay fixed .
