I’ve dealt with a lot of mechanics and Carlos is by far one of the most thorough and honest that I’ve encountered! I contacted him and explained that my 2020 Nissan Altima was making a loud noise when breaking. He suggested I take it to the dealer and see if any recalls/NHSA bulletins might address the issue.
