Not for THAT much I am new to looking at apartments. Where this place is located, and the size of the facility, I was surprised at the dollar amount requested for a very small 1 bedroom unit near railroad tracks. More of a turn off is the office staff doesn't care about the people it is attending to. Make a better effort in trying to welcome potential renters. You don't have a Condo, you have an apartment. Pricing should be in line as such.
Uninformed and ignorant When asking about restrictions that they have on pets they make them up as they go. There is no policy set in place just a "case by case" without really looking at the case, other than google the breed and making a decision based on what questions you ask. I want to live in a place that goes after tenant that are responsible pet owners not people who buy dogs that fit in a well known category.
