Mice ingested and terrible management I have been dealing with a mouse infestation for nearly a year, and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with property management. I have repeatedly reported the issue, spent hundreds of dollars trying to address it myself, and have continued finding mice and new entry points throughout my home. mold infested dump Been here for 27 years. Nothing ever gets fixed. Drafts through the windows and doors. One window had to be bolted shut because they don’t make these type of windows anymore. Carpet is 15+ years old. Apartments only get “upgraded” after people move out. Mold in the walls. Ceiling is slowly falling through. Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets done. I have been living there for years and have had many things broken and or run down. The owners can't do anything but spend your rent on motorcycles and failed to reinvest into the buildings. When they do try to "fix" things they go about it in the cheapest way possible and 9/10 times it doesn't solve the issue(s) to begin with. Renter Beware!
mice as roomates! does not take care of the buildings or the surrounding areas. on top of it, we have been living with mice infestation for almost a year now and they have done absolutely nothing except increasing rent.

Horrible Apartments are in horrible condition, the two leasing agents are rude and useless, they advertise the pool to new tenants but never actually open the pool. Don’t waste your money
Worst Place Ever! The buildings are old and run down and falling apart! And god forbid you need heat in the winter time, forget it! Rodents own these buildings as well! I thought it was just our building and found our from others it is a problem in all the buildings! Noisy neighbors with loud blasting music. Would never move here When we first moved in things were pretty good overall. We think that was mostly due to the lady that worked in the office at the time. Since she left things have gone downhill in every single way. The people in the office now could not care less about the people living here or the property. Things do not get fixed anymore, noise is suddenly an endless very huge problem. The buildings are falling apart. Increased theft at this complex My friends had catalytic Converter stolen from their car and a bike stolen. No Security Cameras. This is not a safe place anymore.
