Had trouble getting MRI and blood test results but the practice manager followed up providing the documents. Also, vaccines and general appointment handling have been very good.
I visited Dr Melinda Sullivan-Bunt at Forest Family Practice, she is professional, caring and thorough. I left feeling very looked after with my health requirements. The office is bright and very nice, the staff is helpful and efficient. I recommend Forest Family Practice.

I had my yearly check up appointment this afternoon.Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The Receptionists are very polite and professional. Dr. Melinda Sullivan-bunt is my GP. she is a very knowledgeable, warm and attentive doctor. I truly feel she is a safe pair of hands whenever I have some health issue.
