Avoid this place! I don't know what happened, but my doctor, (Dr. Neistch), along with several others left. I understand doctors move to different places, but when I inquired I was told she instructed staff to Google her. So I Googled her and all I can see is Forest Creek, no other location. The way they handled this is really bad. What am I supposed to do now? Gee, thanks, Dr. Neistch. Not a very nice way to treat your patients and I don't appreciate it! I’m looking for a new GP. I liked the location and all details I read about the team here. However, I’ve called 5 times in 12 months asking if any doctor was accepting new patients and have been told no every time. I’m now thinking maybe this facility might not be a fit if it’s so exclusive you can’t get in to any doctor in a full year! Disappointing!
Great experience. I loved Dr. Kromann and the staff made my visit super easy and nice. I would highly recommend.
