Extremely unprofessional. I called them for a broken window in a tenant's house, and they said "We will come out and fix it next week." They didn't show up, nor contact me, so I called them on Friday and they said "Maybe we can get out there next week." When I complained that my tenant was expecting the window to be fixed this week, they explained to me that small jobs were unimportant to them and that whenever a bigger job came in, my small job would go to the end of the line. Guy was wearing plaid pajama pants on in a professional business. Extremely rude when asking information on custom glass.
Very, very happy with this company! They replaced a very large picture window, glass in a sliding door and another window in a little over an hour. All were double-paned and insulated. Reasonably-priced also. Could not recommend them more highly. They are super busy and you may need to wait for them to come out and measure but the wait is well worth it!
Had a window to get foggy between panes. Zach came out and measured for new glass. Took about a week and he installed it quickly and neatly. I was so pleased. Will use again!
