I live near this apartment and was planning to move in with my family in January. However, after reading several negative reviews about cleanliness issues, dog waste, marijuana odors, and frequent elevator breakdowns, I decided not to proceed.
We just moved into Forest City Estate, and we couldn’t be happier! The community feels welcoming, the building is clean and quiet, and everything has been so well taken care of. Nitish has been wonderful — he’s friendly, patient, and went out of his way to make our move-in smooth and stress-free. We already feel at home here and are really glad we chose this place!
