I want to raise the concern that the laundry room is completely inaccessible. So basically you can get in the building (if the button at the front happens to be working that day ) but there’s no chance you can do your laundry. There’s no automated button or any other accessibility feature to allow those with even moderate physical barriers to access the washers and dryers. I reached out with this safety concern to the regional manager on December 11. I didn’t receive a reply so now I’m resorting to this in the hopes that someone above her will help get this resolved. The ramp into the parking garage has not enough heat to keep it from becoming snowy, icy and slick. During day time hours, our landscaper is awesome and he keeps it clean. Outside of his hours, this ramp is a huge accident waiting to happen. I’ve taken photos on different days, one of which was today. In addition, I want to raise ... read more
