Please check the front of the car hood for embedded dead bugs...I came home to find several still on the car. A clean front hood is a minimal expectation of any car wash anywhere. I also saw the interior guy just wipe down the dash and window ONLY on the driver's side of the car and hop out and wave his towel....I cleaned the other side when I got home. All the door sills were still covered in dirt as well. How clean my car is seems to depend on how busy you are. Quality is all over the place.

We pay $49.99 for a hand car wash.. It was the worst decision ever. In 8 minutes the truck was ready. Vacuum was horrible.

They do a sorry job of cleaning your car. They'll scratch your clear coat. They don't clean your wheels very well either. I'll never go back there and I recommend that you stay away too unless you enjoy wasting good money on a carwash.
