A Place to Call Home Management is very helpful and always willing to assist at any given moment, maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. The neighbors are quiet, it definitely is very comfortable here and I will continue to stay. Thank you all for everything you do to make this place like home.
Peace of mind I moved in here a little over a year ago, and I can say thanks to Mrs.cooper my transition was smoother then I imagined. Her knowledge of the process and her consistency with me made this process amazing. I felt welcomed. Every maintenance request i ever submitted has been handled in a timely manner and the geographical view is always nice. Amazing Kim came in as the new resident manager and she has been amazing. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, but what she has done with this property is amazing. Flowers, decorations, even the pool has a "pool party" atmosphere. Kim has made this a place I look forward to coming home to. And on top of that, she is a genuinely nice person. So easy to talk to, so very helpful.

A nice quiet place to live. I just moved in but have been really enjoying it here! Property manager Kim and the maintenance team here has been extremely responsive. Kim’s done an awesome job on making sure my apartment is perfect for me. The complex is well lit, quiet, and my neighbors are really nice. It feels safe. I’m really enjoying it here! -Megan Johnson

Don’t move here They are giving $10 credit for what I assume they hope is positive reviews. I don’t find it worth it and if anyone ask, don’t bother moving here. Pay a few extra bucks to live somewhere else if you can.

Wonderful experience during COVID I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and now I have lived at Forest Brooke for 3 years .My first two years it was not the best place to live just because no one was here to oversee the property or to follow up with us and even the issues we had went unattended for weeks I stayed because the rent is affordable , and the area is located close to shopping and my job. Any place but here Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. You hear people being loud late into the night. Managment let's their phone go to voicemail every time you call, so it's impossible to get ahold of them.
Don’t expect help The pool is always dirty, they will look for ways to con more money from you, and don’t expect a maintenance person to show up and actually fix anything. This company has been bought and sold so many times no one actually knows who is running the show. Broken fridge and dishwasher for a month and still no one to show up to fix it. Don’t move here. You would rather be homeless.
